7:30 a.m. - 8:25 a.m. Early Care drop-off at the Lower School
8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Camp Drop-off at designated locations
9:00 a.m. Camp (& the fun) begins!
2:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. Specialty & Sports Camps pick-up
2:15 p.m. Aftercare begins
2:30 p.m. Camp Wonderoo pick-up
4:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Adventure Camp pick-up
6:00 p.m. Aftercare ends (Late pick-up will result in late fees)

Rates vary by camp and range from $315-$355
(lunch & camp t-shirt included).

Early Care & Aftercare
Early care is free of charge.
Aftercare is $35 for one day, $70 for two days, or $75 per week (3 or more days)
Payment Options
Pay in Full: There will be a pay in full option at the time of registration, or you may pay in full at any time after registration by logging in to your camp account.
Pay by Month: The balance due date for all June camps is May 22nd (5/22/26). The balance due date for all July camps, including "mini week," is June 19th (6/19/26). With this payment option, you may make payments at any time and in any amount up until the due date. At that point, the remaining balance due will be charged to the card on file.
Installment Plan: There are two installment plans to choose from: 3 equal payments charged automatically to the card on file across 3 consecutive months OR 6 equal payments charged automatically to the card on file on a bi-weekly basis (every other Wednesday).
Charge dates for the 3-payment Installment Plan are: If your camper(s) will attend June camps only, charge dates will be March 25, April 22, and May 20. If your camper(s) will attend a camp during July, including mini week, charge dates will be April 22, May 20, and June 17.
Charge dates for the 6-payment Installment Plan are: March 18, April 1, April 15, April 29, May 13, May 27.
Billing Dates and Information
For Aftercare charges, your credit card on file will be billed after-the-fact so that proper adjustments can be made based on actual attendance. Aftercare used during weeks 1-4 will be charged on July 1, 2026 and Aftercare used during mini week - week 7 will be charged on July 29, 2026.
