2025 Weekly Camp Dates
Week 1: June 2-6
Week 2: June 9-13

Mini Week: June 30 - July 3*

*Please note: Mini Week is a Monday - Thursday camp week. Adventure Camp will not occur during this week.
Program Hours
7:30 a.m. - 8:25 a.m. Early Care drop-off at the Lower School
8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Camp Drop-off at designated locations
9:00 a.m. Camp (& the fun) begins!
2:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. Specialty & Sports Camps pick-up
2:15 p.m. Aftercare begins
2:30 p.m. Camp Wonderoo pick-up
4:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Adventure Camp pick-up
6:00 p.m. Aftercare ends (Late pick-up will result in late fees)
Rates
Sports & Specialty Camp
Rates vary by camp and range from $325-$355
(lunch & camp t-shirt included).

Early Care & Aftercare
Early care is free of charge.
Aftercare is $35 per day (1-2 days) or $75 per week (3 days or more)
Payment Options
Pay in Full: There will be a pay in full option at the time of registration, or you may pay in full at any time after registration by logging in to your camp account.
Pay by Month: The balance due date for all June camps, including "mini week," is May 23rd (5/23/25). The balance due date for all July camps is June 27th (6/27/25). With this payment option, you may make payments at any time and in any amount up until the due date. At that point, the remaining balance due will be charged to the card on file.
Installment Plan: 3 equal payments will be charged automatically to the card on file. If your camper(s) will attend June camps only, charge dates will be March 26, April 23, and May 21. If your camper(s) will attend a camp during July, charge dates will be April 23, May 21, and June 18.

Billing Dates and Information
For Aftercare charges, your credit card on file will be billed after-the-fact so that proper adjustments can be made based on actual attendance. Aftercare used during weeks 1-4 will be charged on July 2nd, 2025 and Aftercare used during mini week - week 7 will be charged on July 30th, 2025.
