Allison Hodges
Camp Webb Director
With over 25 years in the camp industry and 19 years as Camp Webb’s Director, Allison is a fondue fountain of knowledge. She is a member of the American Camp Association and holds a master’s degree in Child Development & Program Administration from the University of Tennessee. During the summer she is the supervisor of all camp staff, orchestrater of fun, and drill sergeant of safety. Campers know her by name, and she is committed to making sure everyone feel welcome at Camp Webb and smiles abound. You may catch her randomly dressed as a banana, don’t worry…this is normal.

Channa Brillante
Enrollment Director | Office Manager
As our Enrollment Director & Office Manager, Channa is the main point of contact for registration and billing questions. During the camp season she is our office guru who communicates with parents, keeps track of financials, and makes sure the behind-the-scenes logistics run smoothly. She knows how to keep us all organized and laughing at the same time!

Caroline Seiler
Assistant Director
Caroline is our fun loving and knowledgeable Assistant Director. As a Webb School of Knoxville alumnus, she has been around Camp Webb for more years than we can count! She has been a member of our staff for 10+ years, and currently works as a teacher in the Knox County school system. She enjoys the fast pace and fun of summers at Camp Webb and is a vital part of camp running smoothly.

Melissa Schweitzer
Logistics Coordinator
As our logistics coordinator, Melissa spends a majority of the summer manning the front desk and assisting families with late check-in and early checkout. This will be Melissa’s 4th summer in this crucial role at camp, and 6th year on staff at Webb School. She is always ready to greet families with a smile and assist those who call with questions.

Tommi Goodwin
Camp Nurse
Nurse Tommi is our full-time camp nurse and is here to dispense medication when required, provide first-level health care if needed, and TLC all the time! She holds a BS in Nursing from UNC at Greensboro. She has extensive experience as an ICU nurse in various departments. She has also worked as a nurse in CCU, heart transplants and cardiac catheterization/pacemaker labs. She has been a school nurse for 15 years and our camp nurse for 9 years! 

Brian Newell
Director of Dining Services
Brian is the director of dining services for Camp Webb and has also been with Webb School for 18 years. He is committed to making summer lunches fun and nutritious, with a variety of options to choose from. He is always willing to work with families when food allergies are a concern.
